Civil Supervisor

Foundation Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for a leading name in the civil and building construction industry, renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the Northern Territory.

This position is on a 3/1 FIFO roster to work on projects in remote parts of the Northern Territory.

The ideal candidate would have a proven track record as a Civil Supervisor in various civil construction projects and hold experience in delivering self-performed projects.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Demonstrating safety leadership and implementing risk management techniques.
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and business processes.
Writing and reviewing JSA's and risk assessments.
Efficiently managing task sequencing and planning.
Communicating effectively with site management and personnel.
Meeting project timelines and seeking program acceleration.
Ensuring compliance with project contract terms.
Building positive relationships with clients, project teams, and suppliers.
Utilizing problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions.
Adhering to project quality standards in a time and cost-efficient manner.
This role requires construction trade qualifications, experience in construction site management and scheduling, a minimum of 5 years of Australian experience in a similar role, exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
