Your Role in Our TeamWe're looking for a Construction Works Supervisor with a strong background in road construction and maintenance projects.
You'll lead critical infrastructure works across the Barcaldine Region, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and safely.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing construction and maintenance duties to enhance community infrastructureEngaging in road maintenance/construction activities, including traffic control and manual handling tasksLeading a team by promoting safe working practices and maintaining a collaborative environmentDeveloping strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring exceptional customer serviceAre You the Right Fit?We are searching for a dedicated and experienced professional who is passionate about construction and is ready to take on supervisory responsibilities.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil construction, specifically road construction and maintenance.Proven supervisory experience in construction worksCurrent Queensland Construction Safety Induction Card (White/Blue Card) or equivalentValid Australian Driver's LicenceExperience and relevant certifications for operating road construction plantCertificate III in Civil Construction and prior experience with Local Government are desirableYour ability to manage a team effectively, solve problems creatively, and maintain a strong focus on safety will be critical to your success in this role.
