Requirements About the Business
In this role, you will be working for our Infrastructure Services business which forms part of the CV group. The team specialises in electrical infrastructure works and provides a comprehensive range of design, supply, and construction services. Our projects include major road and rail infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects, urban developments and subdivisions, and airports and airfields. We have over 110 team members with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for our wide range of clients.
About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Leading Hand to join our team based at Hendra.
The role:
Daily organisation and running of civil team
Completing civil electrical infrastructure works
Be confident and comfortable leading a team
The candidate:
Can demonstrate previous work history experience as a leading hand
Can demonstrate experience installing electrical/communications conduits and pit systems
Can demonstrate experience and understanding of civil construction techniques
Can demonstrate a good understanding of underground services and working around them
Excavator ticket with a minimum 12 months experience preferred
MR or HR Driving Licence preferred
Enthusiastic to work on and off the machines
High level of organisational and planning skills, as well as a great eye for detail
Excellent relationship skills and a great team player
Flexible and easy going attitude
