Requirements About the Business
In this role, you will be working for our Infrastructure Services business which forms part of the CV group. The team specialises in electrical infrastructure works and provides a comprehensive range of design, supply and construction services. Our projects include major road and rail infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects, urban developments and subdivisions, and airports and airfields. We have over 110 team members with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for our wide range of clients.
About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Leading Hand to join our team based at Hendra. As a Civil Leading Hand your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Daily organisation and running of a civil team
Completing civil electrical infrastructure works
Must also be enthusiastic to work on and off the machines
A Bit About You
Excavator license with a minimum 12 months experience
Minimum five years' experience as a leading hand / supervisor
Understanding of Energex and NBN Drawings
Any Energex accreditations would be beneficial
Experience in TMR standards
Experience working around live services
MR Driving Licence preferred, but not essential
Enthusiastic to work on and off the machines
Adaptable to night and day works
High level of organisational and planning skills, as well as a great eye for detail
Excellent relationship skills and a great team player
Flexible and easy going attitude
