Be part of an experienced and supportive team working on a variety of projects including residential and commercial subdivisions, Council Works and Roadworks.
You'll be responsible for:
The supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors Ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained Promoting a positive team culture and delivering positive outcomes for all stakeholders About you Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on Civil Construction Projects Knowledge and experience in Bulk Earthworks, Pipework, Road Construction & concreting Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Construction Industry Card (White / Blue) Current Driver Licence Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices Why work with Shadforth?
