As the Civil Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing the design and integration of civil engineering components within rail infrastructure projects.
You will oversee all elements of civil design, ensuring seamless integration with other disciplines and delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will identify civil works required for the implementation of CBTC (Communications-Based Train Control) and the rollout of infrastructure.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all relevant contractual obligations, including design assurance, systems engineering, configuration control, and regulatory requirements.
About You:Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualifications.Minimum of 10 plus years of experience post degree completion.3 to 5 years of proven experience in technical management through all project delivery phases and experienced in leading an engineering team.
