Civil Labourers & Plant Operators - Somerset RegionWe're seeking Plant Operators & Labourers to join the business to deliver civil construction projects in Somerset region.
Join CPM Civil to deliver various projects throughout the Somerset region. These are permanent positions where you'll be able to grow and develop your career – however, if you prefer to come on as a casual, then we're happy to consider that arrangement also.
You must be willing to travel to various sites within the Somerset region.
Work Days: Monday to Friday (some Saturdays).
Minimum RequirementsThe successful applicant will need to possess or demonstrate the following:
Civil LabourerLabouring experience (we're happy to consider farm work or any other hands-on labouring work experience)White CardOwn transportA high regard for workplace safetyReliability, self-motivated, autonomous and able to take directionPlant OperatorPlant operating experience with ANY of the following equipment – Excavator, Bobcat, Graders or DozersCivil construction experience (roads, earthworks, drainage, structures)Any additional tickets/licences/qualifications will be considered an advantageWhite CardOwn transportIf you are seeking a kick off your career in civil construction and a secure and stable role working across a variety of exciting projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join our reputable company and progress your career.
