Civil Engineering Drafsperson

We have an exciting opportunity for Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join our Design team. This role will see you produce and develop different facade systems and details while also developing your own personal skills in design, engineering, and materials. Responsibilities:Interpreting work assignment instructions, applying appropriate procedures and selecting equipmentCollecting and analyzing data, and carrying out computationsEstimating material costs and ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations, and contract provisionsInspecting engineering works, and organizing and supervising maintenance and repair workPrepare detailed drawingsDesign review and assisting in design certification of façade systemsSite investigationDiagnosis of building defects and facade reviewsPreparing technical reports, technical specifications, and contract documentationClient interface, relationship building, and business growth initiativesRequirements:Ideally at least three years experience as Civil Engineering DraftspersonDegree or diploma holder in Civil EngineeringDemonstrated experience in providing drafting using AutoCAD software in delivering shop drawing packages of Aluminium Louvres, perforated screens, etc.Knowledge of 3D design softwareAbility to conceptualize and design practical solutionsAbility to communicate professionally (written and verbal)Exceptional attention to detail and accuracySalary: $80k to $90k per year + Super
