You will be responsible for the design, planning, and delivery of engineering solutions, as well as the provision of engineering advice and support to our project teams.
Some of your key tasks will include:Assist in Quality Audits utilizing correct forms and rectify outstanding issues.Coordinate construction elements and construction methods, materials and quality standards.Coordinate procurement for the designated work area.Regular site inspections, progress reports, and prepare work packages.Manage the planning, daily costings, monitoring, measuring, and reporting of progress and cost.Demonstrate a commitment to onsite safety and environmental control by ensuring compliance with Project Risk Analysis and stopping unsafe/incorrect work practices whenever spotted.Assist in Safety audits on the appropriate form and rectify all outstanding issues found.About YouThe ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or higher) and have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role with experience in the coordination, review, and completion of engineering design within the construction industry.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following:Strong technical knowledge and ability in Civil Engineering.Ability to read and interpret specifications, technical drawings, schematics, and any other engineering documents and/or reports.Well-developed analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.Advanced level proficiency in relevant computer software and design systems.How to ApplyAt Monford, our RIPPA values are the cornerstone of our culture and achievements.
