They are recognised as a consultancy that challenges the status quo and encourages their engineers to approach projects in an innovative but practical way.ABOUT THE POSITION.As an experienced Civil Engineer, you will leverage your knowledge and proven skillset in drainage, on site detention tank, rainwater, pavement, water quality and urban design for the Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Community sectors. You will work closely with the Civil Director to assist in the growth of the Civil Team and play a pivotal role in project delivery. This role will give you fulfillment as you will be involved in the strategic growth of not only the business but also individuals.DUTIES.Produce stormwater, drainage, OSD, water quality and water sensitive urban designAttend site inspections, project meetings and design reviewsUtilize DRAINS, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, MUSIC and Civil 3D on a daily basisMentor, guide and train Junior EngineersLiaise with all relevant stakeholders to achieve project objectivesSKILLS & EXPERIENCE.Tertiary Degree in EngineeringCPEng or in the process is highly advantageousStrong verbal and written communication skills for team and client liaisingExperience with Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, DRAIN, MUSIC and AutoCAD5+ years' experience highly regardedCULTURE.Their vibrant and successful office will be a breath of fresh with collaboration, open communication and support being at the core of the business.
