You will be working closely with our Engineers and Designers to deliver large and complex residential, commercial and industrial projects. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the team who enjoys sharing their learnings with more junior members. Having a growth mindset will be highly valued as there will be opportunities to further develop one's portfolio with industry-defining projects.
Responsibilities: Consult across all phases of project delivery from schematic design to completion.Undertake detailed engineering design.Site Assessment and Planning.Plan and manage CAD documentation of design work.Work closely with technical staff and ensure project work is carried out within agreed deadlines and within budget.Work with minimal supervision to ensure important and relevant service/design decisions and the objectives of the company and the client are achieved.Coordinating your work with other members of the project team.Ensuring all relevant staff are informed of client matters.The successful applicant will: Have great communication skills and a desire to contribute to a team environment as well as being able to work independently to manage projects.Work collaboratively with team members to deliver innovative, practical, and cost-effective project outcomes.Enjoy ongoing learning and mentoring junior members of the team.Most importantly, have pride in their work.
