If you are ready to take on an exciting challenge in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Commercial risk management and direction of head contracts and subcontract packagesMaximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash managementResponsible for all contract issues including letting, variations, progress claims and contract correspondenceManagement and mentoring of contract administrators and building graduatesBudget and forecast cost management and reportingNegotiation with clients, contractors, legal advisors and company managementMinimum Requirements:Recognised Degree or extensive experience in the civil construction industry with senior level experience on major projectsConstruction materials and methodsContract lawDemonstrated strong risk management and negotiation skills
