About the Role
HR Business Partners are valued and respected at Onkaparinga, and you will be a role model to staff at all levels. Your portfolio will include our Operations divisions incorporating key functions such as fleet, civil maintenance, waste and recycling, parks and natural resources, facilities and building maintenance, assets, and construction projects.

Selection Criteria Extensive HR and employee relations experience within a medium to large sized, complex organisation. Experience in providing a high-level consultancy service to management at all levels with regards to interpretation and providing expert/specialist and strategic advice on employee relations, employment legislation, awards, and enterprise agreement matters. Demonstrable experience working with leaders to align resourcing to the achievement of service delivery. Investigation and case management experience. Understanding of the nature and challenges of a skilled trade workforce. Working for Council We Offer:
