We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Project Delivery Team based between our Pyrmont Office and your allocated project site. Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of your allocated project in terms of project quality, schedule and commercial value.
As the Project Manager, you will: Manage the project team in relation to budget, resources, delivery and issues Oversee and manage the teams professional development Participate in project meetings as required Develop project budgets and financial targets Head contract management Subcontractor management Program creation, management and coordination Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, clients and key external stakeholders Coordinate and oversee project administration Coordinate project completion activities Ensure that Quality Assurance standards are incorporated and adhered to As the ideal applicant you will be: Tertiary qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying combined with significant experience in large scale construction Prior experience in the Industrial and/or multi level tower sector will be considered highly advantageous Demonstrated knowledge of construction methodology, project management principles and project delivery methods Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking abilities How to apply
