The Company Working for one of Australia's Leaders in Retail, with over 260 Stores Nationwide.
The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CIN7 Administrator to join our clients team on a full-time basis at their facility.
This role requires a confident communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities -  Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Coordinate freight lodgements and manage logistics to meet delivery schedules.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability.
- Provide professional and courteous customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Skills Specifically, Cin7 across 3 country specific Cin7 ERP systems Product Master Data uploads and maintenance CRM (Customer) Master Data uploads and maintenance End to End Sales Order Management Manage Sales Channels Order creation with Inventory updates where required Ecommerce (Shopify) MarketPlace (Macy's, Home Depot, Hudson Bay) Consignment (Macy's, Hudson Bay) Wholesale Manual Wholesale EDI Direct from Supplier Drop Shipment Inventory reconciliations Import, update & export sales orders Email Sales order confirmations/Invoices Prepare Intercompany commercial invoices for International shipping Sales Order transactional close reconciliation: Tracking details, Dispatching, and Invoicing 3PL management Release Sales Orders / Branch Transfers to 3PL Troubleshoot errors with 3PL Inventory reconciliations Reverse logistics management Stock adjustment management How To Apply Please apply via this job ad or reach out to ******
