About the role
GrainCorp is currently seeking an experienced CI and Process Engineering Manager to work at our state-of-the-art Numurkah plant to manage process optimisation and drive operating efficiency. The responsibilities of the role will include:
Manage a team of site-based process engineersLead improvements through identification and resolution of inefficiencies, and deployment of continuous improvement methodologies across the siteTogether with the engagement of all site teams identify/reduce waste, losses, variation to improved performance with a focus on improving our overall competitivenessThis role will also support our Pinjarra site as well as any future facilitiesAbout your experience
Candidates will ideally demonstrate a background in industrial or food manufacturing with a tertiary qualification in either Chemical or Mechanical Engineering being preferred. Candidates will also display:
Specialisation in process engineering including unit operations, process design and improvement as well as advanced analytics techniquesKnowledge of process safety management requirementsCI processes such as Lean / Six SigmaProject experience including process design and specification, commissioning, and start-upReady to apply? / How do you apply?
