This program provides enriching learning experiences outside school hours, partnering with community learning destinations and celebrating student achievements through formal graduation ceremonies.Reporting to the Manager, Children's University Swinburne, the Coordinator will design and implement engagement strategies to support partnerships with secondary schools and learning destinations, foster strong relationships with school representatives, and lead activities including school visits, campus events, program launches, and graduations.
The role also focuses on creating and cultivating strategic partnerships to expand the range of innovative and impactful learning opportunities offered by the program.About YouTo be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:Demonstrated ability to manage projects and multiple tasksExcellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a diversity of individuals from both within and outside the organisationDemonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a dynamic environmentExcellent problem-solving skills including demonstrated ability to resolve issuesQualificationsA degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.To ApplyPlease submit your CV and cover letter addressing your suitability for this position.
