About the role TAFE SA is seeking a passionate Children's Services Professional Level 1 to join our vibrant childcare team.
In this role, you will contribute to the management and delivery of high-quality care and education for children, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Working closely with educators and families, you will play a vital part in ensuring excellence in early childhood education.
The successful candidate must have: A Diploma in Children's Services or an equivalent qualification recognized by licensing authorities.Current certification in Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect – Education and Care and First Aid.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage children, parents, and staff from diverse cultural backgrounds.Proven experience in developing and implementing care and educational programs, including for children with special needs.The ability to supervise and motivate both qualified and unqualified staff.Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.
Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
