This role is responsible for:
Providing day-to-day line management, supervision and development of Access Workers as well as producing individual and program performance reports including required KPI's. Working with families to support the safe care of their children and facilitating client access to community-based support networks. Collaborating with the Volunteer Coordinator and Supervisors to ensure office operations are efficient and effective. Coordinating the effective operation of access visits for children, young people, families and carers. About You We are looking for a confident individual with proven experience in supervising, guiding and mentoring staff to achieve quality results. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff, clients and other stakeholders. You will have a strong analytical ability which will allow you to investigate issues and devise solutions that contribute to improved departmental processes.
