We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team as a Childcare Centre Manager at our OSHC (Out of School Hours Care) Service.
Duties and Responsibilities Support the OSHC Area Coordinators, providing advice and guidance on general service operation.Engage with families to support the development and growth of their children.Assist with the set-up of new OSHC services.Ensure adherence to the National Quality Framework and Regulations are maintained by Area Coordinators.Oversee regulatory paperwork (license, amendments, waivers, plans and reviews) and liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.Provide pedagogical leadership to ensure quality care and education programs for children, and direction, support and continuous learning for Educators.Provide a vibrant, interesting, varied and appropriate children's program that is developed and implemented to meet the ongoing needs of the children as per the learning framework, 'My Time, Our Place'.Ensure that the philosophy, policies and procedures of the Out of School Hours Service are upheld, implemented and reviewed regularly to meet relevant requirements.Encourage staff and families of the Service to actively contribute to the quality and success of the Service.Maintain accurate records of children enrolled at the Service.Maintain accurate records of staff attendances.Plan and order required equipment that may be necessary for the implementation of the program.Demonstrate current knowledge of work health and safety issues and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.Who You Are Possess a Diploma in Children's Services (Early Childhood Education and Care).Love working with children and families.Flexible with your work conditions and duties.Ability to perform within a team.A multi-tasker that loves a challenge.Experience in working with indigenous families.Possess or able to obtain National Police Clearance, WA Working with Children Card, and Driver's licence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
