This key role will see you managing the administrative functions of our busy early learning center, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our educators and families.What you'll be doingHandling all enquiries and admissions for new and existing familiesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date enrolment records and child informationProcessing timely fee payments and managing financial accountsOrdering and managing stock and supplies to support the center's operationsAssisting with the preparation of reports and data analysisProviding general administrative support to the center director and educatorsAdhering to all regulatory requirements and center policiesWhat we're looking forProven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, ideally within the childcare sectorStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitaskExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with families, educators and stakeholdersProficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and children's services softwareKnowledge of early childhood education regulations and compliance requirementsA commitment to providing high-quality care and creating a nurturing environment for childrenWhat we offerAt the Jungle Zoo Early Learning Centre, we are passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive workplace.
