As we embark on an exciting phase of strategic transformation, we're seeking a Chief Transformation Officer to join our ambitious executive team.As Chief Transformation Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping MSWA's future by leading projects, technology, and people. You'll drive innovative transformation across the organisation. Collaborating closely with the CEO, Board, and Executive team, you will lead cross-functional teams spanning Technology & Innovation, People & Culture, and the Project Management Office.In your first few months, you'll hit the ground running, leading a suite of transformative projects already underway. From implementing a new HCM system and piloting AI technology to opening new properties and rolling out a revamped client operating model—oh, and let's not forget navigating EA negotiations and award updates!Once you're settled in, here's what you'll do:Shape MSWA as an employer of choice by building a future-focused workforce that delivers on our purpose.Develop and implement people strategies that align with business needs and enhance employee engagement.Drive our IT roadmap in collaboration with the IT team, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization.Provide strategic counsel to the CEO on transformation, organisational development, and people strategies.Ensure compliance across all areas, maintaining MSWA's high standards.A bit about you:You're an exceptional people leader comfortable operating at the executive level, influencing and presenting confidently to the Board.
