Chief Technology Officer (Cto)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of its global technology and product strategy. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that software products align with business goals, and managing scalability, security, and reliability across product architecture, cloud platforms, and development infrastructure. This executive will drive innovation through research and development, particularly in the integration of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), and will lead a large, geographically dispersed technical team to ensure the effective execution of the company's technology vision.The ideal candidate for the CTO position at the company will be a seasoned technology leader with a strong background in software development and the mining sector, bringing at least 20 years of experience, including leadership roles.
