Chief Quality Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Quality Officer to join their executive team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the best practice quality framework and practices, leading a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and providing strategic guidance in the integration of quality, safeguarding, and practice across the organization.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance, while also championing the voice of clients.
The Chief Quality Officer will work in partnership with the CEO and COO for Disability and Aging, and will be a key influencer in driving positive change within the sector.

Applicants for the Chief Quality Officer position at the company should be recognized as experienced health leaders with a proven track record in leading quality, compliance, and practice functions across aligned health service environments.
Essential qualifications include experience in disability and/or aged care legislation, as well as a history of successfully managing large audits and accreditation with regulatory bodies.
The role requires a leader who is highly regarded for their strategic leadership ability, comfortable with leading through change, and has a demonstrated history of delivering change management and continuous improvement initiatives at an enterprise level.
The Chief Quality Officer will be expected to collaborate across the organization to align practices with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and to support operational teams in delivering measurable improvements in the quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of services.
