General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)Full timeAdd expected salary to your profile for insightsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief People and Strategy Officer (CPSO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this pivotal role is responsible for leading and integrating our people & workforce management, strategic planning, marketing, change & communications functions. The CPSO will drive strategic initiatives that align with our mission, vision, and values, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement to lead our transformation agenda with sustainable results.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbracing our Mission, Vision and Values the Chief People & Strategy role will be accountable for the following key areas:Talent Acquisition;Employee Engagement;Industrial & Employee Relations;Work, Health and Safety;Learning, Development & Capability;Marketing & Communications;Change Management; andStrategy & Business Planning.Selection CriteriaTo be considered for this position you will demonstrate:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior People & Culture or strategic leadership role, preferably within the aged care, community care or healthcare sector (desirable).Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.Significant experience leading organisational transformation projects and associated change management and communication activities.Proven track record of successfully leading organisational strategy development, business planning activities and organisational development initiatives.Significant experience leading the design and implementation of learning & capability programs and best practice HR technology infrastructure.Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation and regulatory compliance.Experience leading brand, marketing and communications activities.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to build trust, credibility and rapport at all levels of the organisation.Ability to think strategically and execute operationally.Current GAICD membership or working towards (desirable).Join a supportive Executive TeamAbility to Salary Package  - meaning you pay less tax and have more take-home money to spendEmployee Assistance ProgramAccess to Procurement Australia  which gives you exclusive deals and discounts on electrical, white, and brown goodsFree onsite parkingPaid blood donor leaveCommitment to ongoing professional developmentAbout Catholic HomesCaring for Western Australians for over 50 years, Catholic Homes is a leading not-for-profit comprehensive aged care provider.
