Position Overview: Experienced Dealer Principal / Automotive General Manager with profit share and equity opportunity based in Victoria.
Our well-established and successful Dealer Group is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and focused Dealer Principal to join our team based in Victoria. This Dealer Principal position will include equity and a remuneration package consisting of a base salary, profit share, and other benefits.
Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day running of the dealership. Drive the performance of the departments to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives. Control profit targets, departmental expenses, and monitor trends and react accordingly. Maximise the sales and profitability of the departments. Prioritise customer satisfaction and retention. Dealer Principal Requirements: Prior experience in a General Manager/Dealer Principal role. Proven track record in dealership management. Excellent leadership & performance management skills. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Business & financial acumen. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Planning and organising skills. A flexible and adaptable approach.
