This dealership, situated in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, is looking to appoint a General Manager to drive their sales activities.
This is a newly created position due to business growth.
With increased stock availability, it is expected that volume at this site will continue to grow, necessitating the need for a strong operator.You will lead a strong team and work closely with the Dealer Principal to help drive growth and business improvement.
To succeed in your application, you must have experience as either a General Manager, General Sales Manager, or a New Car Sales Manager in a high-volume operation.
You will need to possess exceptionally good communication skills, have a thorough understanding of the road to a sale, and be able to build, train, and motivate a diverse sales team.The right Manager in this role will attain a very good level of earning.
The chosen candidate will receive a generous remuneration package comprising a retainer plus vehicle, super, and incentives.
