You will oversee critical areas, including Human Resources, Business Development, IT, Quality, and Operations, while driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and fostering a culture that aligns with the company's vision and values.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the executive team to build and grow a world-class, industry-leading organisation.Develop and execute strategic plans, assess progress, and recommend adjustments as needed.Lead the design, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and operational processes.Forge strong relationships with clients and external partners to create strategic business opportunities.Oversee operations, HR, IT, and quality functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Create and implement operational plans, reporting structures, and policies that foster profitability and efficiency.Provide timely and accurate reports on operational performance.Inspire a high-performance culture, actively promoting employee development and accountability.Foster collaboration across departments and champion "one team" ethos.Work with the CFO to optimise financial performance, including sales, profitability, and cash flow.Uphold governance and professionalism standards across all functions.About YouYou are a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a skilled communicator who inspires those around you.
