Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee LifeFul's operational strategies and ensure alignment with our mission and values. This role requires a visionary leader with strong experience in the NDIS sector and a commitment to operational excellence, growth, and service. The COO will work closely with our CEO and executive team to drive efficiencies, build high-performance teams, and ensure exceptional care for our clients.
This role offers flexibility to work on a Hybrid basis. Working from home, the Swansea office is expected. The Canidate will also need to be willing to travel across our geographical areas of service across Australia. All Interstate travel costs and expenses will be covered.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of LifeFul to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in line with our values.
People & Culture: Drive a supportive and accountable work environment, ensuring LifeFul's values are embedded in team culture and daily operations.
Quality Assurance: Lead compliance and risk management initiatives, adhering to NDIS guidelines and regulatory standards.
Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities to expand LifeFul's footprint in the NDIS sector. Develop partnerships and foster client relationships to strengthen our market position and deliver sustainable growth.
Leadership Coaching & Development: Demonstrate a strong ability to coach and inspire leadership across all levels of the organization, fostering accountability and growth. Lead by example, guiding both senior and junior team members, and developing leadership potential within LifeFul's team.
Strategic Development: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to establish growth strategies, financial targets, and operational initiatives that support LifeFul's mission and expansion goals.
About You: Experience: 5+ years in senior operational roles, with a background in the NDIS sector highly preferred.
Leadership: Proven track record in team management, mentoring, and creating high-performance cultures.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to align operational goals with strategic growth objectives.
