About the Role Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this role is responsible for driving the company's strategic objectives and achieving state-by-state budgets. This role has a strong focus on future-proofing the business, ensuring compliance with governance principles, government compliance and fostering a collaborative culture within the sales and service teams. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative partnership with important stakeholders, including the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, corporate staff, and customers. Key Responsibilities: Achieve company sales and service budgets and ensuring EBITDA targets are met Monitor, analyse and grow National financial performance Lead the execution of the company strategy ensuring alignment and long term business goals Future proof the business by improving capability across sales and service teams as well as establish KPIs and accountability Seek and implement opportunities for growth and innovation Model and enforce compliance and governance across the organisation to deliver operational best practices Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the sales team that emphasises cross-selling opportunities About You We are looking for an exceptional sales leader and executive with a proven track record growing revenue across multiple business streams and sites. You will bring a forward-thinking mindset and a blend of leadership, innovation, and analytical skills to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities. Ideally you will have: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational skills with a focus on revenue and sales Demonstrated ability to consult effectively with stakeholders, motivate and develop staff, and drive accountability. Experience with financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and expenditure monitoring.
