About the role Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and leading a talented and passionate team, the Chief, Fundraising, Marketing & Communications is responsible for revenue growth and creation as well as enhancing the organisation's brand to achieve key strategic and mission objectives. The role leads the development and implementation of the revenue generation strategy to create and substantially grow new and existing income streams, including major donors, bequests, philanthropic trusts and foundations, corporate partners, community fundraising, appeals fundraising and government partnerships. Leading the development and delivery of the integrated fundraising, communication and marketing strategies, the position is a key member of the leadership team making a vital contribution to realising the organisation's vision.
About you You are an experienced fundraising, marketing and communications executive with a track record operating at senior management level within the not-for-profit or philanthropic sectors. Your demonstrated success in leading and delivering multi-stream revenue generation and growth, is underpinned by your proven success in developing and executing innovative marketing and communication strategies. You bring proven leadership experience, having developed and engaged a diverse, high performing team to achieve shared outcomes, along with the ability to think strategically and provide robust, tactical advice on fundraising strategy. You possess an elevated level of commercial acumen, governance and financial management skills, and highly developed communication and people skills with emotional intelligence. Your innate ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders across all levels and drive revenue and brand growth, will see you succeed in this impactful opportunity.
