Job Description As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and strategic future of Chambers Childcare Group.
Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the leadership team, you will drive the organisation's growth strategy while ensuring financial health and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include: Scale revenue through strategic growth initiatives.
Drive centre expansions, acquisitions, and value-added services to increase reach into the community and provide premium services.
Secure funding for growth initiatives and deliver strong returns on investment.
Full financial responsibility including preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
Partnering with Operational leaders on budgets, efficiencies and in-depth analysis of centre finances.
Create bespoke financial reporting and dashboards to enable effective decision making.
Leverage data analytics and financial modelling for informed decision-making and performance tracking.
Review financial systems, suggest and implement improvements across the organisation.
Lead and develop a small team.
The Successful Applicant To thrive in this role, you will have: Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader in a growth-oriented organisation, ideally in service-based industries.
A track record of driving revenue growth and achieving profitability targets.
Expertise in financial modelling, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
Experience in conducting due diligence for potential acquisitions.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high-performing teams.
Advanced proficiency in financial software, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
