The BUSY Group has grown considerably in recent years; therefore, we are seeking to grow our financial team and improve our systems/processes to support our extensive breadth of offerings and locations.Job DescriptionAbout the role...The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a visionary, a leader of change and prepared to get involved to drive initiatives that progress our finance functions.
They will understand our growing and complex organisation and work to establish finance structures, processes and systems to deliver timely and accurate financial services.
The CFO will build the capability of the finance team and drive digital transformation to optimise and evolve our processes.
The role will develop productive relationships with a broad range of key individuals internal and external to the organisation, ensuring the organisation's financial governance and performance is communicated effectively and in a manner that supports and encourages continuous improvement.
This includes the oversight of The BUSY Group's growing global footprint, considering the complexity and locations of our operations to coordinate and consolidate financial performance and compliance from multiple business units in international jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
