Finance OfficerOngoing – 37.5 hrs per week
Commencing 28 January 2025 This ongoing position will work under the general supervision of the Principal and will be required to demonstrate:
Effectiveness in financial and accounting functions (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and end-of-month procedures)Experience in preparing and analyzing budgets and monthly financial reportsAbility to follow specified policies, procedures, and internal control and audit processesExperience in maintaining personnel records and payroll systems for staffProficiency in the use of computerized processing and commercial finance systemsStrong time management and organizational abilities in an office environmentAbility to work cooperatively within a wider team environmentCommitment to personal and team effectivenessSalary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
