Role Description: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the key executive responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of this company's operations, ensuring its financial health and compliance.
The CFO plays a crucial role in providing strategic financial leadership, improving financial reporting formats, optimising financial performance and guiding decision-making processes to advance the company's long-term goals.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, along with reporting responsibilities to the Board, you will be accountable for:
Strategic financial leadership and guidance to identify areas for improvement and change.
Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
Identification and mitigation of financial and commercial risks.
Communication with key stakeholders regarding financial performance and strategies.
Managing the company's capital structure, including debt financing.
Fostering a high-performance culture and mentoring finance professionals within the organisation.
Lead ICT Strategy development and transformation.
About you: You will already have developed a successful career as a CFO who is technically proficient, passionate about leadership and a champion for safe and productive workplace cultures.
Additional characteristics will include:
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships with the capacity to communicate and influence.
Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and deliver innovative improvements and lead change management initiatives.
Extensive experience in assessing financial feasibility and risk associated with new projects.
Experience in preparing and presenting financial and management reports to a Board.
Able to prioritise strategic business and financial issues, especially related to improving enterprise value.
