They pride themselves on being a values-led organisation and customer-centric, creating innovative solutions where technology meets manufacturing. Having undergone significant growth over the last few years, they are now poised to expand their footprint into new regions, sectors, and customer segments. They are looking to appoint a commercially focused Chief Financial Officer to take them on this journey of transformation and growth.The key mandate will be to support the CEO and Board in achieving a range of strategic outcomes ensuring the organisation is operationally "fit" for expansion. This will involve driving significant digital transformation initiatives as well as utilising data in identifying key commercial insights and opportunities.CA/CPA qualified, you will have gained experience as a CFO in an import/distribution environment and have exposure to managing multiple functions outside of finance - particularly IT. Experience of working in a privately owned company that has undergone transformation and growth will be highly relevant.
