The Role Due to the successful growth of the business, we have a position available for a knowledgeable Chief Financial Officer to work with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to guide the financial strategy and management of our growing business.
Initially, you will be hands-on with day-to-day financial operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of our financial processes, overseeing all financial aspects of the business including accounts, payroll, invoicing and more, to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
The role is diverse and requires someone capable of managing financial operations, leading HR processes, ensuring compliance and overseeing risk management, cash flow, tax obligations and financial reporting.
You will be expected to bring a wealth of experience and expertise, drawing from years of working in finance and business management.

Key Responsibilities: Work with all Department Heads to drive efficiency and performance improvements.
Work with the CEO and ELT to develop and deliver the annual strategic plan.
Manage KPIs and performance of the finance team.
Oversee the development and implementation of new processes and systems to cater for the foreseen growth.
Proactively improve bottom line results through strategic initiatives and planning.
Shape the business into a highly efficient and productive organization.
Skills Required: Minimum 5 years prior experience in a similar role.
Recognised Accounting qualification.
Proven track record of success in financial management, with excellent references.
Ability to contribute to the strategic vision and future growth of the company.
Strong communication skills, proactive leadership and a positive solutions-oriented approach.
Experience in IT Systems and Processes including development and improvement.
