Chief Financial Officer - Healthcare

Multi-site, growing healthcare business.Operational, commercial, strategic remit.Competitive package + STI + Equity.This business is establishing a solid foothold within a healthcare niche and has created a unique offering to satisfy significant demand across the Australian market. With a team of highly respected domain specialists in place, and backed by a high calibre investment firm, there is now a requirement for a CFO to join the organization on its growth journey.Reporting to the CEO, this role has two core elements: operational improvement and refinement of the platform (process, reporting, systems), and commercial partnering with the operations in the growth of revenue as new sites and services come online. There is a large hands-on component initially, operating as an FC and CFO until such time as the business can support a strong 2iC. You are ably supported by a high-quality, but junior team, so you need to deliver the mid-level (audit, cash-flow forecasting etc.) as well as higher-level strategic CFO responsibilities in time.You are an experienced CFO, ideally with healthcare experience, who has helped to scale and grow a business. You are 'hands-on' and appreciate the need to understand and implement processes from the ground up. You also bring deep commercial understanding of the levers and dynamics of multi-site healthcare businesses. You can engage across operations and communicate effectively with non-financial people and are equally comfortable presenting to a sophisticated board.This is an exciting time to join this business as it scales from a solid, established base.
