As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The role:We are looking for a highly skilled CFO to oversee all financial aspects of our company and drive our financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within private equity or ASX-listed companies, a strong background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and a preference for experience in the healthcare sector. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Management: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Mergers and Acquisitions: Lead and manage all M&A activities, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and oversee the preparation of financial reports, including managing the annual external audit function.Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.Analysis: Analyse and drive cost improvements across the businessImprovements: Take a lead role in driving change and improvements in systems and processes throughout the company QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO.Industry Experience: Proven experience in private equity or ASX-listed companies.M&A Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing mergers and acquisitions.Healthcare Experience: Preferred experience in the healthcare sector.Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
