Chief Financial Officer (Cfo)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team.
The CFO will be instrumental in defining and executing the financial strategy and governance, particularly during a period of transition.
This role is pivotal in positioning the organization for growth and ensuring that financial operations are in line with the company's commitment to excellence.

A business degree qualification is required, and experience in CoSec is highly advantageous.
The role demands a professional with a proven track record in strategic thinking, stakeholder collaboration, program governance, and strong conflict resolution skills.

The CFO will be expected to demonstrate leadership and change management capabilities, as well as a commitment to workplace health and safety.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a risk management program and ensuring compliance with financial, operational, IT, and other regulations.
