With a great track record of achievement, this business is set to expand into its next phase.Key to the continued growth of this business is the appointment of an experienced senior professional who can bring energy and vision to facilitate delivery of the board's high-growth strategy.Reporting to the Board, you will guide the management team and wider business in achieving clearly set objectives and goals.Key overall position responsibilities will include:Together with the board, you will develop and execute clearly defined business strategies and roadmaps, including organic growth and acquisition.The incumbent will bring advanced communication skills and senior leadership knowledge and experience to facilitate increased networking opportunities to drive expansion.Work closely with the executive in facilitating robust financial planning and revenue generation.Champion the ongoing review and adoption of systems and processes to enable the business to deliver high-output results to their customers.Lead, build, mentor, and inspire the management team and wider teams to achieve the best possible results.General experience:You will hold expert knowledge in financial products across mortgages, commercial and business finance, development finance, asset finance, and insurance.You will bring significant practical leadership experience having held impactful corporate (SME or larger entities) roles within lending markets, finance brokerage, or other relevant financial services environments.Candidates will be able to demonstrate their specific impact within previous roles on increasing market share, improving productivity, driving efficiencies, leadership, and profitability.Applicants will hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced qualifications would be advantageous.Full Australian working rights are required for all applicants.
