Add expected salary to your profile for insights.Girl Guides South Australia (GGSA) has an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated, results driven, people-orientated, collaborative leader to guide them into the future.GGSA is part of a world-wide movement of more than ten million Girl Guides and Girl Scouts operating in over 154 countries building a better future by empowering girls and young women to discover their potential as leaders of their world, through girl-led programs championing fun, friendship, and adventure.What we can offer you:Collaboration with the Board to shape the future of GGSA.Scope to flourish within and outside of an amazing community.A rewarding opportunity to promote the advancement of girls and young women.Supportive and friendly team environment.A remuneration package will be negotiated based on required skills and experience.Your new role:The Girl Guides fraternity across Australia is close knit with all State branches operating through collaboration and support, under the governance of the National organisation (Girl Guides in Australia).Locally the CEO:Reports to the GGSA Board, and is a key player in strategic and operational planning.Works hand-in-glove with the State Commissioner, supporting the Guiding Program that promotes the foundational principles and vision of Girl Guides.Oversees a diverse portfolio including finance, IT, people, property, public relations/community engagement/marketing and work health and safety.About you:Girls Guides is a not-for-profit community organisation that survives on the commitment of volunteers, so a related background will stand you in good stead for this role.
