Being the leader of a relatively small but motivated and engaged team, it is expected that you will be a hands on' leader who will inspire, enable and deliver on promises. You will require sound and balanced judgement when prioritising tasks and delivering key projects to strict deadlines. Being well networked across all tiers of government and commercial sectors will see you become a strong advocate and negotiator for Council and your community. Other key attributes include the ability to demonstrate strong financial acumen to ensure the long-term sustainability of Council.
