About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead a business performing strongly and staffed by a next generation of talented, committed managers seeking development and growth. Please note that the position is to be based in Brisbane.

Your overarching brief is to function as a true steward and:
Maintain and enhance an already highly respected brand and reputation.Maintain the current strong business performance, increase profitability through productivity improvements, and examine opportunities for considered, strategic growth.Aid the progressive withdrawal of the major shareholders/Directors from their executive/operational positions.Create continuity, legacy and opportunity by achieving the above aims while developing and improving the capacity of the company's people, processes and systems.About You:
You are a C-level leader able to demonstrate:
Executive experience within the built environment (or an aligned sector).A history of inspiring your people to deliver both outstanding client outcomes and superior financial performance.Your ability to mentor, coach and develop the next generation of leaders, empowering them to become confident decision-makers.The capacity to comprehend the bigger picture and the action orientation to execute – to operate both strategically and tactically.Applying both entrepreneurial thinking and an analytical approach to filtering ideas and opportunities.Practical experience of the nuances of a privately-owned business, including successful direct engagement with the shareholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
