We seek a creative innovator who excels in service delivery and demonstrates exceptional communication skills in all forums and environments.Reporting to the Board, the CEO's responsibilities include:Build effective management of the financial success and financial assets of the organisation;Develop strategic objectives aligned to the Legacy Club mission;Provide leadership and political perception, and leverage these skills to enable productive sway into government policy;Provide authentic and enthusiastic leadership to staff and volunteers;Establish governance, risk, operational, marketing and fundraising structures and initiatives to ensure compliance in all areas;Build sustainability and future capacity of the Club and foster a culture of collaboration;Strengthen and maintain the brand of Legacy both internally and externally.Your demonstrated exceptional communication skills and passion to promote the work of Legacy, forge successful partnerships, and build the brand of the organisation are key to your success in this significant role.
