The CEO will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the City of Burnside, leading the organisation to achieve key Council objectives, in collaboration with community, business and other key stakeholder groups. This esteemed position will build upon the organisation's high performing culture, which promotes accountability, inclusivity and transparency.The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader with demonstrated experience and a strong track record in executive or senior management roles. You must exhibit excellent commercial and financial acumen, along with strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability. Experience in community and stakeholder engagement within a complex political environment is critical for success.
