About you: You will bring extensive industry experience, backed by a proven track record in senior management roles. You will excel in overseeing profit and loss operations, managing budgets, and setting strategic visions that align with organisational goals. As a clear and effective communicator, you will provide direction, articulate a compelling vision, and integrate expert opinions into your decision-making processes.
Your leadership acumen will enable you to guide teams and organisations through dynamic and evolving environments. Additionally, you will demonstrate high-level strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills, along with advanced expertise in business development, financial management, and regulatory risk assessment. With strong negotiation skills, you will build and sustain a positive organisational culture, manage change, and foster a collaborative and resilient workforce. The role: As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for creating, communicating, and implementing the organisation's vision, mission, and strategic direction. You will work closely with the Managing Director, providing leadership to the executive team and fostering a culture of achievement, well-being, and staff cohesion.
