The CEO will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the organization, managing daily operations, and representing the interests of OCCI's members at local, regional, and state levels. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for regional development, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities in Onslow.As a hands-on position within a small team, the CEO will work closely with staff, the board and local stakeholders, often contributing directly to day-to-day operations and ensuring the organisation runs smoothly.
