Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the organisation's success in a dynamic industry landscape.Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, ensuring sustainable operations within budgetary constraints. Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to enhance financial processes and reporting.Organisational Culture: Cultivate a work environment that reflects the company values while promoting a culture that supports both staff and residents.Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement policies to support continuous improvement and high-quality care.People & Culture: Manage HR policies, conduct performance reviews, and oversee staff satisfaction to maintain a positive and productive workplace.Brand & Customer Engagement: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction. Extensive leadership experience in managing medium-sized commercial organisations, ideally within the aged care sector.Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead with vision and integrity, aligned with the values of the brand. Proven track record in people management and empowerment.Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial management and a commitment to continuous improvement.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a deep understanding of aged care issues and industry trends.About You:To succeed as the CEO, you will leverage your significant previous experience in leading multi-site operations, in a senior role within the sector.
