About The Opportunity As the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare in the community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Fostering a culturally competent workforce, promoting strong community relationships, and addressing intergenerational health issuesImplementing the Strategic Plan and ensuring alignment with community-controlled principles for culturally safe servicesOverseeing a life-course approach to health, integrating social and emotional well-being into service deliveryHolding delegated authority under Child Protection legislation to make critical decisions for at-risk childrenManaging financial resources effectively, ensuring compliance with budgets and funding requirementsEnsuring compliance with statutory obligations and maintaining quality management systemsParticipating in community events and health promotion initiativesAbout You The successful candidate will have:
